0 H3 L$ E: [- z; r) f5 tŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
6 Z* E( H9 e' O. \6 nŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
; F. x9 B; Y, o! OŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
; m2 l, o, v% F! zŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
7 M% H( }  p3 S/ `4 c' fŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
; S0 k) c( e( d7 }& x5 ?; W2 _( sŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
; s) z; S4 \) V4 K3 V: [8 JŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
5 P  U# Y2 R6 M7 ~Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
* }6 [, z% M: A  d1 nExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
