: X7 ?) u _3 X" R. T Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget./ P, C$ \9 _& I# }3 @# M
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.1 X* e5 Y# L/ n, |
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

! F/ p+ r/ W0 O# k Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
( ~% Y" J) i0 h! L8 O _ Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
" P/ V- f" B6 v# M Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.1 R1 R: k% Y/ v+ X& R3 E& c
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers./ H+ b" H& `6 `# i
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.9 t8 c* Y2 s! N7 ^
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
* ~9 q2 f9 B& K, n& N+ p Structural wood framing experience is an asset.0 I3 |7 ^3 x+ g) U$ U- A( @. O) V
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

, \1 e3 `) j& a Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

5 X7 D H7 f d" C [ Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
9 C2 |! P. R! _, |/ q7 \% ?1 y Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
5 a# P( r7 Y* N9 N* O; P Valid driver’s license% h: W' S% G# A% g
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.1 \7 v( K! P2 V+ O+ x, x
Computer experience required. + D# ]- R, S" Q( W
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
