* e. p. K1 o4 d/ J9 R0 ] Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
- V& Q. q5 n# @6 I% t: ?2 V Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
8 J8 `. b7 K# j0 M Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.( p6 o' I F8 ^) B. n" {- }

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
! H; N* ^; T) p7 T Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
: W+ L6 l# C" d! E& F8 b g Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.0 C i) R! G# L
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.. ?; i+ z, j! ^. z, T' U9 V4 k. G
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.0 V6 Q* E5 }; m7 _ @5 F
Ability to interpret construction drawings.1 h8 r @" K n4 }0 u {
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
/ ?* r# w N0 C/ Q0 ]% B- [ Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.# ] d) Q5 b* {9 ?. v
Excellent communication skills( S+ P7 A4 a( b
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
) k& z; G0 e( T# _. c% l5 ~ WHMIS
8 w8 i& G8 r( h Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.# m0 @! \8 P( D
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
/ P( e, f5 ?; \' K Valid driver’s license
% h' t0 f8 B5 i& B Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
/ K$ _, B: w; Q6 i) ` Computer experience required.
