工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
; f: |) }( M( T" C- z6 C& `2 mŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

) F& n  T2 F" x& aŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
; v7 `3 u6 g" k& dŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
! I& h0 A7 ~, a" X5 u3 i& k& EŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
8 R! c$ @  C* w0 M9 Z! NŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
( ^" J: O2 r" w) e" e  y% v6 Z! xŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
& Q  ~& K$ j  o  NŸ   Excellent communication skills
! m$ D; R4 M3 }- Y) jŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
! J" s) b' Z0 h3 d% Q* Z. F4 NŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
7 `+ E+ m& t/ d& }) H8 R- B" k9 d- bŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
8 H5 B# ?# Z% B- y  p3 q* f: NŸ   Computer experience required.
( _7 v/ K$ {/ L. yExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
