工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
: U" B3 U* j; i) ^( e; ]  rŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
. R, `; L: _! }) Q3 @4 GŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

/ ~- _6 v+ U5 h% J1 _! r' J# |; qŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
7 Y$ Y) H1 r4 `; d- mŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
& }; C+ K( t- x  ?9 S: _6 [5 dŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
' N1 U7 b5 u" p" s4 HŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
; ]8 R* [+ t- q1 ^2 rŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
- L- G7 V- O* @# ]( u7 yŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
) ^9 z! a0 @# [" b5 @6 `$ Y* o3 eŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

5 K5 [) t- s. o( U/ _7 WŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
, Q( S9 o9 _+ b& A; `. DŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
$ Y9 ~) g+ w& sŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
5 W! X( r8 ], `5 q2 D" n8 zŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
