Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.' U- ]) q6 t$ @2 W! q, k
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
& [1 y# S, d' U# A" R' @" U; N Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
( z4 y% y% {+ O4 o7 V' @ Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.* A3 \1 @8 i: M
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.: V* l! E/ h% P- I
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects. B) _0 Z# {2 d1 }2 F( g: Y( b* i
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
+ a& {) o/ g3 r- ]8 v' d$ T8 t8 z Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
$ C9 F* n- C* o0 U! T" `6 k Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
( Z' i% c6 N, j- H Excellent communication skills
$ o9 N* i" M7 K4 f Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.0 i- ~. c$ h8 G* a* L4 W
WHMIS
5 E6 Z7 F8 s4 K Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.# q+ m6 q8 B0 `
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
+ s. _6 P( `2 D) B' ^ Valid driver’s license( W/ j% t4 o p
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
0 } n4 y" L" F Computer experience required.
2 ]! s) G+ w6 P; i! w o7 h* qExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
