Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.- w/ p# S( Y4 Y6 d9 \$ f6 o
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.2 S* v- G6 F6 p( P

Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.

+ {/ r& Q2 _' F( B* G* j Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
- D; b' U) Q5 i; T$ p: l K) W Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.5 O/ _$ t T3 D3 I
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
6 U8 j3 U. P2 b; ]% A0 a5 s Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
0 V% E6 V0 `/ O7 t! D Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule. L0 E- I8 e5 |
Excellent communication skills
& J3 a# [5 [* ?" e Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
( R9 u" `& w' K% C0 {/ V WHMIS 1 ], K9 d$ @2 l8 Y; G7 m
Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.7 r3 X8 f! [( A4 a
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
' s0 `, ^, }' L \1 q: i Valid driver’s license, D G% A0 v8 |' Y# A
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.# P4 t' u3 F: x8 o! O3 z# {
Computer experience required.
2 U5 J+ t/ ^$ e! |8 iExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
