Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system

Submit and reconcile expense reports
$ l% z# J/ h: C Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients5 [, v, T& ~7 D0 c
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
