Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

; v; R3 V8 z+ Z; L0 n; } Update and maintain office policies and procedures
, p* \: U- x e1 L Maintain CRM (Copper)

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
7 } v0 R3 l+ t Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers' G: P" N( V* b( O, }( X

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy3 v! ]8 v' A: k: B1 J

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail, W9 G! s5 G" R) D3 V1 ?
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus E' D* U2 i( ~
