Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system

Maintain CRM (Copper)8 o: `" |, ]% p B) t& N
Submit and reconcile expense reports
9 R, _7 U a+ P$ h Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
4 ]8 m- ^) F9 z- k8 s7 \ Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
