Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, u) d( }4 [8 x% `
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers3 b$ b- _: B6 D$ O/ n) E- q

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

" l, p- o3 c3 N; T Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
