' `2 {: |# \& MŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
9 p5 {- k4 y1 X$ h1 UŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
1 V+ V( m; n3 O; m( [$ FŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

7 t' X, r4 V2 y& z8 t) e* `* C# XŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
+ s& h5 R5 \- G3 oŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
0 z& Z2 n' M* R6 n# Y' s3 wŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
# o5 Z) M8 V1 i$ oŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
% n7 N  f$ I7 H3 @9 m) e* EŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
- @1 N, ]0 ?6 L4 ~Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
- y6 k1 l: }0 y$ T* Y2 |Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
