* J0 N8 Y( x. W5 f' Z, a2 C Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
, q) N, i F: c8 @ Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
; [( a9 O9 x3 u; V+ | Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.6 x8 o+ V2 u+ ~

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.7 E5 P. x9 f, y
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
1 J5 ]( I# p. a. G2 p* K4 V- a Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
( m* Y7 l( q+ B4 [( f7 O4 y Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
/ i0 R: T' I7 j" t. P' m! Q Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.. k$ D2 i9 u# K) m4 b$ t& `# w: E5 X
Ability to interpret construction drawings.$ W, j! q! u3 C- H4 d
Structural wood framing experience is an asset." l0 l# x' B7 J+ N" o6 ^# D* }
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
. l: p8 y# t! q7 `; } Excellent communication skills
! U8 I* }3 j$ [( a Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
6 x2 [& G9 m* g' F3 D Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
T: B, L- u' @* P8 ~ Valid driver’s license
A8 |* G" B' C) {% C- x2 ] Steel toed boots and own hand tools.4 ]: a* b2 n6 z0 ]6 C
Computer experience required. 1 H: |7 [& p$ o y) l! O& g' o
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.5 u9 K2 Z3 }0 [

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
