" K3 q% y  D2 _  J* y* k; aŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
  h' i) L; w: WŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
; M! g3 x4 h$ P1 [5 V* [Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
% [" r* @0 R; sŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
, N* U+ m6 X/ `8 M4 @5 f& G& @Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
( x8 L, S; Z  c0 E1 pŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
" g0 c/ e! R+ D: y# x0 j  WŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
9 e# p/ Q1 l0 N4 a- T. f1 V+ VŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
1 Q- e" s8 s* P' [  g( j6 jŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
6 A" Z) X$ }, r( QŸ   WHMIS
! }  n  B' \0 o# a6 Y+ {Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
- g9 \% j" G5 E3 I( w! D6 QŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
