: d( ~/ \& S! r0 `Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
; x; a! @, `- GŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
* X) H  y+ j2 o7 rŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
3 i0 p$ u) |: ^' GŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
8 r1 F& L% H6 d& gŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
4 l7 S' M1 S3 q" P# N9 r5 FŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
# b# @+ A* R" XŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
; F, B. q! a9 l  z/ }8 eŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
% V; v7 {6 R1 |. q5 qŸ   WHMIS
4 p  j3 S" [# qŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
& D4 `; U; `4 OŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
9 H- `. E+ H$ D% X0 B1 s+ b( ]( W8 x* N6 \Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
$ r6 Q# h; |" i! Q% G$ v2 qŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
- d; z0 G: `5 N8 T, r0 gŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
