Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.7 k _- y1 w: {# {8 N1 q% d
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.+ _' s+ h" D. ?, P' \5 s* y+ ~) a2 p
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

1 t2 ?/ [: z5 h) s! V6 G, }( s- _5 P Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.6 b" g4 _7 O/ W! Z2 @% N
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects./ ^5 o# b/ \, |+ Q1 N! U" A. T
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
% w; V" A" C+ l( R5 F7 U Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
7 L0 f7 h F" G4 z3 J. f Ability to interpret construction drawings.
1 P- p! }' H5 u Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
7 r2 a: `) I: M* ?0 Y! r2 x Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
, O, N. l2 W6 E Excellent communication skills
. ^2 _0 G+ H) r: } U- k Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.$ Y g' M" j! e
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.; ~0 k* ?% g: i, f
Valid driver’s license
# e6 j" a: S" ~* H7 B! R Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
: f, C) Q2 e- J7 ?, r( p4 U; b Computer experience required. / i8 j) z1 @- F; F
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.9 i: S2 x( _# K/ h9 [; B
