Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.. D% l1 w/ ]5 f; q
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.

Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.! k6 s \# u4 `
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
9 C) w `8 t( ]& j5 s7 U Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
0 C& v3 u# [0 \ Ability to interpret construction drawings.9 n) f3 l( q' r' q- i4 C
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
" H" X; n( d! R Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
/ G5 ]; F' U4 R" G: B/ B& o Excellent communication skills) V2 w# r, U! V/ b
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.$ E5 W9 t4 \1 m0 ]( h
WHMIS . ]) K8 I1 Z4 R, f0 W
Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.

Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
