3 D* B1 J$ R9 t" EŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
2 A& ^7 \4 r) `" [0 G% m$ kŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
' F3 [% r0 P' ^( r* N5 W5 h. g' cŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
( R$ V5 V7 q" A' w2 A2 b  Q/ x任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
9 e3 o9 g9 w/ aŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
' D& i% x, w4 F$ P# N$ s, nŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
) j0 c5 v/ U' o+ MŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
& v3 l' P/ I- q( ]' y$ b: C0 c1 UŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
& A, ^3 R* C; o( Y2 t' V6 E8 JŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
5 r9 m7 d$ `9 p- x! \, s; @Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
2 E* w. e. e/ j8 Q- T4 H$ }Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
" k* R6 D" ?9 V! A  U8 VExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
