Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
) N5 w9 M& q" y# h( }5 i Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project., |" ]' V) M! m
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.7 \4 M4 F% b4 b2 a H4 ]" Q& w
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.5 L4 j1 |1 D& Q+ m$ \7 {% S
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
4 a, W5 s. ]6 A% l Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
p# {7 R1 ?' E7 e+ _ Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.0 \; ?" C& a) x$ l7 B, O
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
$ v) r* {4 x( \+ r, r6 l/ E Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
, M8 h8 _- K7 E s1 c+ l Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule., Z* P3 [8 b4 B* Q: f
Excellent communication skills+ A, @$ z* O4 x* Z S
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. P& z3 N" o- Y4 m' f) ~
WHMIS
% G2 |0 R* x1 X4 T Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.

Valid driver’s license
" ]" p' W; ^2 x Steel toed boots and own hand tools.

Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
