Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports1 _8 G, J h& V
Develop and maintain a filing system1 \5 w. B. {+ w" Q) V
Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Submit and reconcile expense reports: B8 |9 R/ \: W! ]$ T# m
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients' G4 [- ?. I5 L* R: Z5 C
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers5 z! I+ J1 p: N8 t" D0 I) u: U

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
