Answer and direct phone calls

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

. x& r# l X# u( j0 U3 g+ C Submit and reconcile expense reports0 f) i1 ~4 l; ^/ u. O, T! G7 W
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients" l0 ?$ W5 N, T
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
