Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department

Maintain CRM (Copper)
0 T& F3 F- W2 M7 E0 o Submit and reconcile expense reports. H5 ^9 U) l7 n5 M
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients: y% w; X/ d: [( m9 {! S8 j
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers! N( y4 n' F& D8 j) }' I) e

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
