Update and maintain office policies and procedures4 D7 j; c3 q( k" A; \
Maintain CRM (Copper)

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients- F% L7 h) O/ f( a
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs5 j# G/ Y3 ]( M% t% F0 P% N9 J
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
