Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system) x" F9 g, C, [
Update and maintain office policies and procedures

! K. q$ o5 v" i; U/ h Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients1 u. N- r( ^1 l# T
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
