6 U$ A* u  ]1 y% f8 f! o8 eŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
. [# u! {0 Q  \- V6 T9 _Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
( D$ d3 j( l! v% p# W" YŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
6 z: q% v7 G# Y: F4 M: Y: c; rŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
% @% `0 g6 P3 K2 o- R# sŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
