Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
$ a# G  D: h( L. c4 A8 |$ gŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
+ p: U* L  ~5 @8 l2 `. p9 `6 c$ `! FŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
0 R& W$ \" A1 A/ K( XŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
8 \; C0 G, k$ q, f. P0 E. N$ @Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
: n2 r0 N/ f; J' n6 o" `( x1 ^Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
8 Z5 _+ N  u5 _& Q" @1 @% `Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
4 k9 }6 O) L3 L# ?Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
% J! u/ y1 ^4 Y- Z2 h% j" Y+ wŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
- z& [5 A! I) G) xŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
# T, Q. }8 N/ v: [7 S) qŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
6 y; z8 Y8 p$ @% U! d( }Ÿ   Computer experience required.
8 p6 j1 }) y# G3 A5 r) UExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
