Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
* s1 r/ B) b$ J  _1 T5 h$ NŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
( d. E. c% q7 c; p; x3 {" X) qŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
" z# d/ _2 Z+ L2 bŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
7 }9 x% M! p! ^) V# @# XŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
2 d( h5 h* K* C& KŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
4 Q' m9 L* G7 P; Z9 n+ F+ PŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
$ y  b3 X2 {5 F* R8 C7 O# zŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
+ V! {; U) j7 Z$ SExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
