Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
' @; c" j$ ^$ ? Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
2 v# Q0 R$ f: N. e. R) D g Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.! z9 w0 T( Y2 a" `# g) f

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
; J$ b+ @% H! p T; N4 b Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.: n k2 k9 A, W5 X+ D3 `5 W
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.; S9 e4 r2 L+ S& R# G2 {
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers./ R7 T, j- T) ~# A' H- E1 X$ m
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
$ [* C, N% g# |( |9 H, B3 v+ Z8 O; G Ability to interpret construction drawings.
2 H! q/ {+ [. R) ? Structural wood framing experience is an asset.6 ^8 ]7 y* A! J4 d3 C6 d
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.% r: E9 g. [/ O: x- p; C
Excellent communication skills, P" t( t; j# C" \8 w1 ~) [( I
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver’s license

Computer experience required. ( g9 n% D2 b: w" D. q9 k6 ?$ f4 r
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.- ?! U j+ o1 V6 R- V) o9 h) `: a
