Develop and maintain a filing system

Maintain CRM (Copper)
+ U1 W2 H# d% u$ F# p3 m Submit and reconcile expense reports y$ a2 S. c4 w4 C3 X: _+ ]2 B
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
" _; u6 d( n* ^& T- t+ S) s+ z Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers& W8 Q+ L4 K* U3 G+ d$ K

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
