Answer and direct phone calls

Maintain CRM (Copper)5 I8 l# _# y% u* w$ i) G
Submit and reconcile expense reports
) T# f* |+ J) q( M4 O0 c Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
: Q ^3 I/ D- [' o* {/ F Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
+ {* @' E0 L" `! bHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
