Develop and maintain a filing system

Maintain CRM (Copper)3 F- Z* p; Y( V( S) w6 a. w" A
Submit and reconcile expense reports
9 K& u8 p! m) t$ ^* v) L Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
0 [ o% ^, E, @ Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers9 P3 I0 w+ A+ W2 M

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy# }# c" ^) |' R. A* E+ h
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs$ R$ ?& I7 j5 R# g! R
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail* l& k1 q* ?* t- q0 j
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
