工作职责
0 X+ D, L1 e( R- D8 y' w4 C7 V, U Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
3 _ H4 P: X5 V7 e! O Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
3 {6 T0 F- A( u' r- d( d Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.& a# ~5 a* H) z

/ F) T" S6 A5 B, u0 z; U Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.$ o/ h% l0 E0 W m+ e4 g+ r$ M
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
& [" W% Y6 j( i! W2 H; F2 N Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.5 t2 f9 C( c* d; `
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.% }0 J Z2 x$ k8 b& O7 S8 ]: e
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
8 A) m% w( A0 D& P( `: @0 Y4 W U Ability to interpret construction drawings.
3 o% O0 Q! N9 i+ J. w2 o Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
* ^. t5 g# r o; O# @$ Q, e5 k7 x Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.) Y3 k, K& m, R* e' d8 J
Excellent communication skills O- F w `7 j7 @. `4 P
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment./ W! z( C+ m9 `* L$ o
WHMIS ( t; m5 S0 y4 K& B
Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.% W8 K5 i; w# |5 K9 Y( f: r' T
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.8 o8 x6 u$ L" l& _
Valid driver’s license
, `7 h# a" \+ }0 b: m K$ \ Steel toed boots and own hand tools.8 k( v0 D2 w9 I' f+ m
Computer experience required. ' x6 B# b7 {! }) ?% o6 o
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.3 n4 y6 d1 r& ]" E9 u8 k
