Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.4 \" V4 P- {+ z. [/ ]% A( N9 L$ h
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.- K( ]6 b1 E! O9 x7 @1 u
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.2 }4 R: `4 w( B1 r/ E
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.: ^' l0 v4 [3 K8 `( N
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.+ g! ^* x! j: y# }
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
& Y: i2 C; Q+ E2 d! u# u, ]: G Ability to interpret construction drawings.
3 ]0 K5 v$ [* x3 o Structural wood framing experience is an asset.; Q2 O" F. h4 `2 s
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

! v$ X( X' D: l: u0 _ Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.

Valid driver’s license: r; e6 |7 p* A, M6 U
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
" T4 l: N; N4 A% ]9 t# A Computer experience required. 6 \% h( w$ t2 x; R, \
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
