Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
3 ~8 O2 k+ b, _; q Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
3 F7 u7 w5 J7 l, |) j+ p9 u: x Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
, X: d6 r/ k9 _" o4 _) A( f: e Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
. r8 F) l3 N- m% ]8 t- l3 }( O/ { Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.+ z9 U( S# M( W R. p7 s8 H* k
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
2 K3 ]) a. Q9 R: ^) I ^' @& e Ability to interpret construction drawings.
# s* G- ?9 o- a7 R Structural wood framing experience is an asset.! ]5 ?, m0 q9 m0 r% x" s
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.! E5 V9 S2 f ?4 z, _: G; J
Excellent communication skills( \- Y, m- t' O! a, N
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

( m/ ?, j, @- l' x! j) o Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
9 K" }- j" ]) E& w/ Z! B: Q8 |% A) P; _ Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.$ R3 E: U6 o C9 S
Valid driver’s license0 y% l0 [# f* Z9 k4 r* _* y
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.7 W* O. s/ F% v- U% x9 c: L1 ?
Computer experience required. 1 [+ N) I! N/ O. N
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.+ n% e: u7 S1 V
