工作职责
7 c6 k8 a( K* w+ @# ]' t- X/ c Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
5 d: U5 e! }7 a/ {7 A$ F" k Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.# D0 z' Z8 u- ^! \0 {# y1 n
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.7 W2 a6 Z& @ r8 q0 P" |

. Z# }/ G& J3 ^+ x1 N1 K3 o& a" I Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
6 E1 _$ p6 Y# }" r* }7 @ Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.% E8 L' a1 }1 ~ V
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
% W3 N' }4 H6 F- [1 i' ~/ N Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.2 c; e: G# r* g$ \, M) z4 a
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
$ k9 h9 h* J& {3 U; l* H+ P; _4 b7 k1 n Ability to interpret construction drawings.
5 |% R2 v7 }2 d Structural wood framing experience is an asset.8 b2 w- ?- S: \! f& B) J5 v. L" J
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.) {6 e+ E, r0 |' `" _9 a+ k
Excellent communication skills8 ^0 v0 L$ v1 b! ^* C# g1 J
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

4 K& `4 l2 }$ X5 K& D Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.% Q- S1 G7 w! U9 G2 E
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.: z7 X6 i9 ^" e% F! M0 }, m
Valid driver’s license8 Q9 K5 \8 N& K y2 t6 L
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
& z$ y9 H; Z4 d1 K m0 j1 D5 H5 f. c Computer experience required. % O/ E' u& n/ ?2 x) e
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
