" j% A7 K; G% Y& }. k/ }; Z% wŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
, f- m7 T0 C3 ?! y/ p1 YŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
2 Q7 V& D' ^  _6 k& ^Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
- W" a1 x3 |! ~. b+ yŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
' P" V/ L  m5 U& sŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
) }9 `' e% \( K, I5 hŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
& X& n. O# O+ d1 C6 q2 |- E" Z) JŸ   Excellent communication skills
$ V+ w7 p- S+ O3 V* _; NŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

* k+ `$ Q( x+ T- q; v3 UŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
! i6 L$ ^. N' z: ?4 r) @Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
