Answer and direct phone calls

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Submit and reconcile expense reports% @! t# t7 X- ]; E& {( ^9 A
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- L7 ?/ F$ T* p5 U' r Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus, D0 F# b8 l b: b9 Z( v
