Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Maintain CRM (Copper)' [ T7 A5 R+ o" h
Submit and reconcile expense reports2 [$ E0 ]# e w; R4 W/ H
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
+ \( C) L8 m! Y6 T Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers0 c! P, {1 R8 P) `- F3 g+ [

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

& y0 c2 U7 ^; D2 G. G- P6 | Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
# L5 p% j- B1 V' z Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs' S2 P* ~. X$ q& M* r
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
1 T0 [) v4 A+ [# k5 XHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
