Plan meetings and take detailed minutes# [; D/ H5 M" l, e5 J, L
Create email templates for operations department
) g& U" N, |$ c A h" f9 { Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports8 H. E$ K8 g/ [! A# S: l! b3 j
Develop and maintain a filing system
8 H6 t2 J! v: n, f! f- e Update and maintain office policies and procedures
4 l( M6 D" D( g" t+ @# w! e Maintain CRM (Copper): y3 S7 l0 }; \8 u4 h" d
Submit and reconcile expense reports* `% p; s7 X3 i7 \) ]
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
. D+ l2 c/ }: ] Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy9 y' ] r$ G& q) x! ^7 X
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs' }5 Q c P; y, j3 ^# D& F1 t
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
2 v( Z$ a! k1 _2 o% ZHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus6 G* W/ O9 F: ^
